Tropical Ice Cream

The ice cream was delicious, but the service was terrible. We visited on 8/20/24. One of the employees scooping ice cream was not very hygienic, as he would touch the ice cream with his hands before going on his phone and back to scooping. My daughter asked for a sample, but after she tried it, they told her they didn't have that flavor available to purchase. This was frustrating for her, as she is only 7 years old and gets overwhelmed easily. The staff kept pressuring me to buy the ice creams before my group had even made their choices, which added to my daughter's stress. In the end, she decided not to get anything due to the poor service.

I was referred here by a friend while visiting the area. The wait from arrival to departure was an hour. For 2 scoops. I expected the ice cream to be phenomenal because of the wait time, but that's just not the case. It was good, but not an hour wait good. At least have more employees during peak time. The location of a tip jar every few feet on the counter is cheesy. Especially with the slow service. I would recommend giving them a try during a slow time of day. By the time you get your ice cream, you find yourself agitated. That's just not what a fun time at an ice cream shop is supposed to leave you feeling like.

One of the best ice cream’s I ever had. Me and my family got the Salted Caramel Brownie, Peanut Butter, birthday cake, rocky road and something Caramel river. They were all delicious and portions were huge. Thank God we just got 1 scoop on each cone LOL. Also I ask for a sample of the raspberry flavor and it was delicious. The customer service was good, we were greeted when I opened the door and they were fast serving us. Also restrooms were decent. Definitely will be back.

There’s no line here, you just walk up to the counter when you’re ready and get someone’s attention and tell them what you want. There are some many varieties of ice cream, but our favorite is the BANANA PUDDING!! We went here in our vacation in 2023 and had to go back this year. The scoops of ice cream are massive so if you get more than one scoop on a cone make sure to ask for a bowl!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Brown Butter Bourbon with Midnight Express in a Waffle cone is THE BEST ice cream ever anywhere! And every single one of the kids behind the counter is extra generous with the scoops lol. Service with a smile and they will see me again for sure

We popped in on our way home from the beach. Despite the crowd, the service was incredibly quick. The portions were generous and the variety of flavors was exceptional. We will definitely be returning.
