My real issue with this place is one they never pick up the phone , by picking up the phone it would save a lot of troubles when it comes to service. STOP MAKING SO MUCH JERK CHICKEN.. how are you open till 10pm but run out of everything except Stew Chicken Jerk Chicken by 6pm .. it’s clear people prefer everything else before the jerk or stew chicken .. jerk pork, fried chicken, and oxtail is EXCELLENT HERE.. can’t take the atmosphere is great as it’s Takeout so no real ambiance but the staff are typically in a good mood. I have been coming here for many many years and I can honestly say this is the BEST tropical jerk around . I know there are other locations but I always go to the one on Jerusalem. The jerk is always juicy and flavorful. I get the rice and peas and it is perfect!!! The curry goat is on point and they definitely do not skimp or try to give you only bones. I tried the bread for the first time there last week and it was soft and sweet but not overly sweet. I would always come back here.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, especially due to the excellent service. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $30 and $50. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was very good, rated at 4, and the atmosphere was also a solid 4. I highly recommend trying the Sweet Jerk Chicken, Jerk Chicken, Fried Chicken, Rice and Peas, Stew Chicken, Curry Chicken, and Jerk Pork.
I love this place! They have several locations, and each one doesn't miss a beat! I highly recommend the oxtail rice and peas and cabbage, best combo! Food is always fresh no matter what time it is. If you are in that area, stop and try. Staff can be a little more friendly, but other than that, it's worth the money and stop.

I ordered takeout for lunch and got a small portion of curry goat. Unfortunately, there were mostly bones and fat with very little meat, and the dish was bland. Overall, I would rate my experience as follows: Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5. Price per person was around $10–20.
There are not many options for (ovolacto) vegetarians and vegans. Vegetarian options: They only have patties, which apparently run out quick. And the veggie roti is just a colossal amount of cabbage in the roti. There is no potato chana roti.
Each time I visit, they consistently forget to put the sauce on my rice, and since I’m paying for it, shouldn’t it be included? Overall, the food is good, but the customer service and atmosphere could use some improvement.
