Overpriced smoothies that are in EXTREMELY fragile cups.From the get go, we ordered pick-up on Doordash and waited twenty minutes in the store after asking the lady up front where the mobile orders were. She told us they were at a shelf at the front with the orders and names on them. However, that shelf was only for orders on the Tropical Smoothie app. The Doordash orders were on a shelf in the back that we only got after specifically asking that we ordered Doordash. I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food I received was missing some items, and the tomatoes were rotten, making it impossible for me to eat my sandwich. I had to go elsewhere to get something to eat. This was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant, and I usually love their tropical smoothies. I'm not sure what went wrong today, but I hope it was just a one-time issue.

Maddy is the best employee at the restaurant. She was very kind to me when I placed my order. She definitely deserves a promotion.
