I?ve eaten here twice. Food is prepared fresh and tastes good. Smoothies are excellent. Shop is clean and it?s one of few local places where you can sit and eat versus compulsory take out. In recent months about 50% of take out orders have defects. For example, order chicken quesadilla and it doesn?t have the chicken. Specify ?no sauce? and the sauce is there anyway. I ordered a Hummus Veggie wrap and specifically requested no avocado and much less salad. However, as you can see in the picture, there was a lot of salad included. Oddly enough, it took 15 minutes for them to prepare my order while the staff were chatting. I had to communicate with one of the girls in Spanish, and to my surprise, she seemed taken aback that I spoke the language. I tried to inform her that another employee had said my order was ready. Additionally, the packaging was completely open, causing all of the salad to spill out. There was hardly any rice or beans in the wrap. I’m really not sure what’s going on, but it seems like they have been putting less and less beans in my orde...
I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While I was in line, the girl ahead of me asked for a drink, and it took the cashier about seven minutes to figure out her order and give her change. When it was my turn, I politely asked if all the smoothies were made with frozen ice because I had received a cup that was over half full with ice in the past. I wanted a full smoothie, not just two-thirds of a cup. When I finally got my order, it just tasted like watered-down ice. It took a long time—around 20 minutes—to get my drink, and it was not worth the wait. I ultimately asked for a refund. The owner really needs to improve staff training; I doubt I will return.
I ordered the Hummus Veggie wrapper. You forgot the pickled onions, which is the best part of the pack, but have you forgotten? The HUMMUS in the Hummus Veggie Wrap. It's literally in the name. The first half of the sandwich was full of dressing, so it fell so chaotic. The second half contained all the rice and no dressing and was too dry. I ate a few bits each half and threw the rest away. If you're from ingredients, tell me when I order. If you simply don't know how to make the items on your menu, check out the ingredients list. Don't you just throw something together and hope so? I'm not back.

This is the best place I?ve ever been to. When you go inside, the vibe is chill and peaceful. My favorite thing to order there is the Hummus Wrap, they never ever messed up my order. They have a lot of specialties there, let me name a few. They have wraps, SMOOTHIES, etc.. Overall, a great place. Also subscribe to my YT Channel! Thank you!
The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. While it may not be a five-star establishment, there were a few inconsistencies with the food. The restaurant is clean, although it appears a bit outdated. I would definitely dine here again. They should expand their hours of operation!
Very fresh, healthy and tasty juices. The staff is attentive and friendly. I happen to be at the hair Salon nearby and Tropical staff delivered the juice in the hair salon, avoiding making walk with lots of foil on my head. Lol
Every time I get my smoothie, it tastes different. I just get some kind of smoothie and it never tastes the same. Not only does it taste differently every time, but the consistency is either too watery or too thick.
