I walked in here for the first time today and will definitely be coming back!When I walked in, the woman that greeted me was very warm and welcoming (she could've been a supervisor or owner). I told her it was my first time and she helped me with deciding what to order. On top of that she gave me a complimentary smoothie to try! You can't beat that!!I ordered the Island Green smoothie which is delightful! So tasty but also feels like you're doing something good for yourself. I saw her blend in the greens with my own eyes and it didn't taste like veggies at all. The complimentary smoothie was called a Mango Monsoon. DELICIOUSLY THICK FRUIT SMOOTHIESI was put on to Tropical Smoothie Cafe through T-mobile Tuesday. I was able to get a free smoothie and now come in time to time for another. I have tried a couple of their specialty smoothies like the Mai Tai which was yummy but I'm always coming back for the Açaí Berry Smoothie which is my favorite. I really enjoy these smoothies because you can truly taste the fruit in them and the consistency is perfectly thick.Due to another perk, I was able to taste one of their flatbreads. I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on January 19, 2024. A very rude customer slammed my food down in front of me, and I believe they can review the security footage to see exactly what happened. This woman was exceptionally disrespectful, and I felt targeted. It seemed like the staff were laughing at my situation, which felt quite discriminatory. The way she treated me was unacceptable. Customer service needs to improve considerably, as the customer should always be treated with respect. After she called out my order, she slammed it in front of me. I urge them to review the camera footage, as this treatment of paying customers is simply unacceptable.

Love this tropical smoothie location mid morning/afternoon shift usually rocks hard as it seems as though they understand complex orders and can provide recommendations on the fly they'll even put a straw INTO your bag for you!Early morning are ONLY good for happy hour $2 off smoothies before 10am daily) if you try to get the $1.99 smoothie deal w/ the purchase of a wrap it seems as though the cashier isn't aware of the right way to process this not a big deal, but management should be made aware so that adequate training can happen. When I asked to speak with a manager, the woman I spoke to became angry, yelled at me, and demanded that I approach her in a very loud tone. I didn’t engage with her because I felt intimidated, and I really dislike arguing with people who handle my food. Overall, I left feeling very upset about how my order was treated, as if I were not a paying customer. I would not recommend coming here.

Came here twice for a smoothie before 9:40, was denided to get one. Very unprofessional and lazy. The store closes at 10:00 but was refused service because there was no customers, TWICE. We then asked when they closed but they didn't give a defined answer. Do not come here .

Food amazing. Service trash. I walked in wasn't greeted by anyone (I am black) and once another person (white) came in they were greeted with smiles and everything. I hate establishments that do that. Teach your employees to greet everyone!!!
