I've really enjoyed the smoothies here before, but these last couple times have been frustrating enough that I won't be returning. I pay for modifications to the smoothies, so I expect them to be completed. However, with things like a probiotic or multivitamin, I can't tell if it's actually being added. On the other hand, I can tell when the sweetener is still added, and when none of the spinach or kale was due to the color. This time it was delivered, so I reported the wrong item to doordash and was told I couldn't be compensated (even for the difference of the smoothie without modifications). This restaurant is an excellent choice for lunch. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food and drinks is exceptional. My husband and I shared the Caribbean chicken wrap, which was bursting with flavor and had the perfect level of spice. My daughter ordered a cookie, and it was delicious. The smoothies were outstanding as well— we tried the Sunrise Sunset, Blimey Limey, and Beach Bum. Check out my pictures for details on the ingredients of each. I'm really impressed; everything was so tasty! The staff was also very friendly, just two of them, and they both wished us a happy holiday.

I was craving a smoothie and found this place nearby on Google Maps, so I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was really neat! I ordered a Bahama Mama smoothie, and when it arrived, I was surprised at how large it was—it was about the size of an extra-large milkshake. The flavor was incredible! I felt completely stuffed after finishing three-quarters of it. Normally, when I have a smoothie, I feel satisfied, but this one made me feel like I had eaten a full meal.

Overall unimpressed with this franchise. Went to a new location and had a mediocre experience. The company makes note of Gluten sensitivities, but has no alternatives for their menu (no gluten free bread or wrap substitute, etc. Instead your best option is to order one of the three salads they offer. Smoothie was made with just ice and fruit, nothing special. Employees were friendly but wouldn?t go back to this chain.

Today was my first time ever at this place. First, the workers were friendly. Second, the bathroom was very nice. Third, the smoothies were made fairly quickly. Lastly, the smoothies were TERRIBLE, hence the 2 stars! Both my sister and I, found our smoothies to be overly sweet and not quite natural tasting. I definitely do not recommend this place for smoothies. I suggest going to Welbeze!

The staff is amazing and exceptionally friendly. I visited during a hectic lunch rush, and they coordinated wonderfully to handle several large orders while also accommodating in-store requests. I highly recommend the chia banana boost with peanut butter!

Very nice staff, quick service and the smoothies taste fresh! They have really high quality blenders, I think the same type Starbucks uses, so the smoothies come out silky smooth. Much tastier than anything you'd find next door.

There are hardly any discounts available now for pairing your smoothie with food. Make sure to place your order through the app instead of in-store to save a few dollars.

We love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The smoothies and flatbreads are delicious and fresh. The staff is always friendly and very efficient.

I found it disappointing that the restaurant closed at 6:00 PM and wouldn't allow me to get my birthday smoothie. Not cool at all.
