We think their smoothies are delish and affordable! We have received decent service at two Katy locations … the young people working were polite, if not very interactive. One location was neat as a pin, the other needed a little attention, but nothing major.The ingredients are fresh and the price is downright refreshing for the size of the smoothie! You can choose some nice add ons, too.We’ll be back … especially because it’s so nice to have some clean, real food options to feed our grandkids when we need a “fast food” option.
The restaurant offers a diverse menu and the food is quite tasty. However, the wait time for takeout orders is noticeably long and could use some improvement. As for parking, there are limited spaces available in front of the restaurant, but there is ample parking across the street.
Low rating today because I received an email for a free smoothie for my birthday, and I was unable to use it!! The young man, I assume couldn't trouble shoot or assist me with getting me my free smoothie. He just said that he couldn't do two scans at once. Whatever that meant!
This place is ok .I like some of the items .I mainly want and need blended items.They serve more food than the blended options I need .The blended drink I ordered was fair .I will keep them in mind for another taste test .

Sandwich came burnt and when I brought it to the front the shift manager asked me what was wrong with the sandwich and said that’s how it’s made!??? Service needs improvement please. He did remake but reluctantly.
I would rate this restaurant a zero if I could. They never pick up their phone, especially when it comes to canceling orders. The staff is rude and hangs up on customers.
Food is always great, love the menu. The chairs inside the restaurant are painful to sit in and and the bars squeeze your hips ?
