I wish I would have read the other reviews before dining here, although I'm a firm believer that you should form your own opinion. Well, the other reviewers are not wrong. Sadly upon entry there were not any employees in the front at the register,nor to greet anyone. There were 2 employees working. One making smoothies, the other making the food orders they did saythey would be with us as soon as they were done with what they were working on. The front entry and dining area none of thetables were cleaned off/wiped down/sanitized (as you can see in photos) nor was the entry way carpet. The floor by the table wesat at was super sticky, to where you could feel your shoes sticking as would walke...
We were at the shop at 7.10 PM and there were two guys. One in kitchen and one at counter. The guy at counter told we are closing at 8 pm so order soon. We were discussing the options so the guy at counter went inside. In 5 min we’re were ready to order then the guys at kitchen came to counter. It was 7.15 pm and still 45 min to close still he refused to take our order saying they are closing at 8 pm but he has to catch the bus at 8 pm so need to leave soon ! I mean then he shouldn’t be working at the evening shift and the shop shouldn’t have kept the Open sign on. We told him that the other guy didn’t tell us that you won’t take order but he still refused to take the order and we had to lea...
I ordered an Acai Bowl online and arrived at the store at 5:25 to pick it up, which was scheduled for 5:30. After searching for my order, they decided to make it only to discover they had run out of acai and couldn't fulfill it. They then suggested I go to a different location, but I didn’t have time for that. I requested a credit to my account, but they told me I had to handle that online. When I attempted to do so, I was informed that it was too late to process a refund because the order time had passed. I have tried requesting a refund online three times with no success. I've now had to involve my bank to dispute the charge. This experience has been absolutely ridiculous.
If you want your smoothie to taste like water, take 40 minutes to be made, and not have blueberries (or bliss) in your BLUEBERRY bliss, then this is the location for you. I’m convinced nobody runs this location and a bunch of dudes just clock in to work here and do even less than the bare minimum. Everyone there waiting deeply regretted their choices today. On the brightside, made some friends as we waited for what felt like eternity as we all mutually agreed to never come back here again.

This store needs better management! Everything was out of stock. Employees were nice, but they kept messing up orders, handing food out with no shakes ready. The mens bathroom door does not lock so they have a sign to knock first. The woman?s restroom wasa mess. The toilet paper paper towels were not in their dispensers, just thrown on the rails back of toilet.
OMG!! I just went in and almost threw up!! I cancel my online order because it smell so bad that I didn?t want to eat from a place like this. I work in the medical field and this type of smell had me throwing up. I was wondering why there wasn?t muchpeople on here.
Waited 40 minutes for 1 smoothie with NOBODY in the the store besides me. I get that there are online orders too but COME ON now. This wasn't the first time either. It's ALWAYS a huge wait no matter how slow they are.
My new favorite spot for a quick bite! I placed my order on a Sunday, and everything was so refreshing on a hot day! Don’t forget to tip; you might even score a free treat!

The smoothies are pretty standard. It's an okay place, but not something I'd rave about or feel the need to tell everyone about.
Super frustrating when a business refuses to take a $50 bill… had to turn me and my daughter away, shameful…
