I am really frustrated with my visits to this Tropical Smoothie. So many times, I've ordered a smoothie without sweetener, only to receive one full of sweetener instead. I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap recently, and there wasn't even a hint of buffalo sauce on it—just ridiculous! This time, I specifically requested extra buffalo sauce, but there was still none. Tropical Smoothie has always been a comfort food for me since childhood, but now I dread going back because I'm always worried that my order will be wrong.
The smoothies are delicious! We got detox island green and island green. Both were large and refreshing. We had the best costumer service possible. Frank was very kind to make my friend another smoothie when she said she wasn?t aware that it hadsugar and she wanted another one sugar free (very annoying I know! . My sister dropped her smoothie and they were extremely niceabout it too. We just were all over the place and the employees were happy to help! It made out messy day better : ! Thanks!We?ll come again!
This was, without a doubt, the worst smoothie I've ever had. I thought I'd give them another chance, but this one was even worse than the last. I've visited several locations and enjoyed the peanut paradise smoothie, but this place was just terrible. I would rate it a 0 out of 10 and definitely do not recommend it. What I received was essentially a watery slushie. Save your money and choose a different location.
I had the worst smoothie experience of my life here. I tried to give them another chance, but this smoothie was even worse than the last one I had. I've been to multiple locations and the Peanut Paradise is usually great, but this place fell flat. I would give it a 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it. What I received was more like a watery slushie. Save your money and go to a different location.

I went with my sister Rebekah and we enjoyed the smoothie so so much! I got the Island Green which was referred from my sister and I didn't regret it at all! The place was clean and super nice. QUALITY service too! Workers had a smile on their face which brightened the mood! OUTSTANDING. My sisters buying it again from me.
Smoothies are always excellent, food is very good and the staff are extremely friendly! Street or garage parking. For covid there is no inside seating and they have plastic up at the register which makes it hard to hear when you add mask muffling and the blender noise.
Typical tropical smoothie service was everything delicious and quickly prepared. Scare to the staff. They were all so inviting, excited and eager to explain everything on the menu. Good luck for this great group and this new location!
Great smoothies. Guy always offers suggestions on what is good. Have not been let down yet.
