I really want to give this place 5 stars, but it is really discouraging that they only accept mobile orders and have closed their lobby. today is the first day of school, and I look how families go and go right away to stand outside and place their mobile order. this leads to the fact that the walking path is overcrowded and the neighbouring companies are disturbing. I don't understand why there could be for this place to not allow people to order in the building. if it were due to health concerns with covid, they would think that the personal would be masked. if there was a personal problem, then I would expect that one or two people work, but there is more than that. I really want to give this place five stars, but I just can't. despite my closeness, I find myself going to brighton or hardland. Now, both steadfasts seem to be so busy that they are twice as fast. the half of the time my app does not work to order at the Howell site and they literally never answer the phone to take an order! if they need 20 to 30 minutes to get an order ready when someone comes into the load because they are busy. answer the phone. fixes the location so it always takes notice on the app. I'm sorry to get a shift, can't be reached when I try to place ordering. I refuse to give them my business when they run like that. I have no time to come in and wait 20 minutes if you can...
this place always disappointed, we ordered mobile, came in the load and there were 0 people there and everyone was on the back doing other things, so I expected that my one smoothie will be done when someone finally comes I tell them my name and they did not even touch the ticket yet, okay, so that I wait, then come 3 people into business and come into the line. then the workers continued to take all their orders and not make my smoothie, then all three of these people got their food smoothie before my even was made. like cmon. I literally ordered first and then my smoothie was last served. this place needs better staff.
Not going here at lunch time anymore. I had a 30 minute lunch break so I figured I go here for a smoothie. I order ahead and got there about 10 minutes after ordering. No greeting by any employee and the people in line were standing there for about 30 minutes without getting their orders taken. I waited the full 30 minutes and they told me it was going to be another 30 minutes for my one smoothie. Friendly and helpful employees. Sandwich tasted fine..turkey, swiss, blt on chabata roll. Worker suggested discounted combo with smoothie. Strawberry mix very tasty. Price seemed high for small sandwich and smoothie $14. Plus. Clean store. Probably wouldnt go back unless I specifically wanted a smoothie. Food nothing special. And pricey.
there we were to grab a smoothie and they would only accept mobile orders, although 3 people are not around. we logged in and placed our order. in the meantime, an older couple went in and tried to place an order, and the personal said rudely, it was just online ordering. that was the last time in this place!
