Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I placed an order through the Tropical smoothie app for a Baja wrap. I called the store directly to make sure my order was correct and asked for the wrap to be turned into a bowl instead. I was assured it was not a problem and asked that both sauces requested (pineapple salsa, extra j sauce) be placed on the side and not forgotten, they confirmed everything was fine. I received my order the bowl was all lettuce, 2 pickled red onions in the entire bow along with 2 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with Destiny, who was not polite or pleasant to speak with at all. After the recent changes in ownership, the quality of the smoothies and food at this restaurant has decreased significantly. Every time I have visited recently, there has been an issue with my order. I am typically easy-going and not picky, but the consistently poor service has led me to decide to no longer patronize this establishment. On my most recent visit, I ordered a smoothie online and picked it up exactly 6 minutes later, only to find it warm and left sitting outside without being refrigerated (as they had done in the past). I had given this place a few more chances, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

This restaurant location requires a thorough evaluation by the management team. This morning, I waited nearly 10 minutes for my two smoothies. The young man who prepared my smoothie did not do it correctly, causing me to wait an additional three minutes for a remake. When I finally got to my car and my daughter and I tried our smoothies, they were practically frozen. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

The two girls at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and patient, even though they did not have exactly what I had originally wanted. They went out of their way to assist me and were helpful and cheerful, creating a wonderful experience for both myself and the other customers. I don't typically write reviews, but the staff at this tropical smoothie shop were incredibly friendly and helpful. The girl with the Aloha Tattoo gave me some recommendations, informed me about what was new, and I was pleasantly surprised when my Chia Banana smoothie was made quickly. I will definitely be returning!

The two girls working were so kind and patient when they didn’t have exactly what I wanted and went out of their way to help. They were helpful and just happy people that really created a great experience for myself and other customers. Makes all the difference to want to come back!

I recently relocated and I order from here almost 4 times a week for the last month. I got a smoothie Tiffany suggested it’s like and island green with peanut butter, whey, one scoop of white or dark choc. It is the freaking best !!!!!!!! and she makes it the best every time !!!!!

I was unsure of what to order on my first visit to Tropical Smoothie, but a worker named China recommended the Bahama Mama smoothie. It was the best smoothie I've ever had - she made it nice and thick. I will definitely be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora

waited 25 minutes to make wrong order went back into explained to workers how to make it and made it wrong again. no training. it's just a panic press.
