The drinks are consistently good at this restaurant, but the staff could use some additional training. Customers can walk in without being greeted, and there is often a long line with only one cashier working. On my visit, I witnessed a man making doughnuts while also trying to manage three young children. It took me four minutes of waiting before anyone acknowledged my presence. This location is known for being slow, similar to the Eastpointe location. It would be wise for the management to address this issue before it receives further complaints from the community.
The smoothies are delicious. I have no complaints about the food or drinks. I can tell the difference between the new and experienced staff. I prefer when certain employees make my smoothie because they know how to make it just right. There have been noticeable changes in the way things are now being done and managed. I gave it a 4 star rating just for that, but overall it is fantastic. They adhere to safety protocols and wear masks during the pandemic.
The staff at this restaurant is always lovely, extremely helpful, and efficient. My only complaint is that I requested a sugar-free smoothie, but it was made with sugar. Unfortunately, I cannot consume raw sugar, so this greatly affected my experience. I urge them to pay closer attention to orders in the future.
My tried and true. I can place my order and receive my drink in under 5 minutes. Today I got my order within a minute of placing it. If my order is wrong (rarely but it has happened) they remake it for me and are super nice about it. Love the workers and love this location.

Worst experience I've had with them. I placed an online pick up order to be ready at 7:45, it's now almost 8:00 and the store isn't even open. And there website says they open at 7:00. Definitely won't come back.
The music in the restaurant was so loud, it felt like I was in a nightclub. I could hear everything the cashier said and had to go outside to wait for my smoothie to be made.
I absolutely love this place. I had a salad with chicken and bacon on it. Very delicious and filling.
Very clean, very fast service, great smoothies. Parking lot is easy access as well. Staff is nice!
