Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered food to go and didn’t check my bag thoroughly when I picked it up. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I called to explain the situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone and that I needed to speak to a manager in person. When I arrived, they continued to argue with me. Eventually, I became frustrated and left without resolving the issue. After this experience, I will look for other locations in the future.

Hello, love the smoothies but I must say I found something extremely offensive today. I went to pay for my smoothie and it asks me for a tip option. My options are 15% 10% custom or no tip. I left a 10% tip and once it processed, the machine read bad tip. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? This isn't a restaurant where employees work on 2.13hr relying on tips, this is an hourly paid employee place. This is the most ungrateful insulting thing I've seen in quite some time. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Do not get the fake chicken!! Tasted horrible and even the chicken itself looks suspicious. I wish I could?ve gotten a refund for the sandwich but the employee never answered my question saying if i could or not. I appreciate tropical smoothie trying to be plant based friendly, but please, choose a better plant based chicken brand.

I am a huge fan of tropical flavors, but unfortunately, I have an allergy to pineapple (such a disappointment!). However, every time I’ve ordered from here, they have gladly accommodated my request to substitute pineapple with lime in the BAHAMA MAMA, which is definitely my favorite smoothie on the menu! The Caribbean jerk chicken wrap is incredibly delicious! The service is always fast, and I really appreciate that. I just wish they offered smaller smoothie sizes, as I can never finish them. It's not a complaint—everything is just so filling and tasty! Thank you!

Great place. Quick and friendly staff. My favorite is Avocolada smoothy and buffalo chicken wrap. Highly recommend this place for health and fresh food. I also have the app and if you go there often you will receive special promotions and free food as well.

This was one of the two places available for food early in One Loudoun, the other being Starbucks. We ordered a smoothie and an egg burrito, and both were excellent.
