Go here all the time to get smoothies and food. The staff is nice enough but definitely not super quick. I'm not here to review any of that because that tends to be a trend across the chain. Overall it's a good place and I'll keep going there but I do want to state one thing that is beyond idiotic. The corporate policy is to charge 50 cents for a cup of water. This is the closet location to me so I have frequented here multiple times over the past two years. I have had a couple great experiences specifically with Nick. But up until recently I have received some pretty disappointing customer service specially from a younger woman. The first time I checked out with her she just slammed the cash register and stormed away from the counter…. I always come here and order through the app (drive thru). Today, I had time to walk to the counter and order. They greeted and waited on me in a timely manner! The ladies gave me suggestions and great customer service! Great service with a smile should never be overlooked! Thank you again for making my lunch choice easy and quick! Today my friend and I both ordered smoothies. I ordered the blueberry bliss and she ordered the Jetty punch. Today the service was okay however our smoothies were deplorable. My smoothie tasted very sour and slightly watery and my friends tasted sour as well. The best way to describe hers was the taste of sour milk. She had a few sips and couldn’t finish it. Disappointed to say the least.

I frequently visit this restaurant for their smoothies, but on this occasion, I decided to try the chicken chipotle club. Unfortunately, after I had eaten most of the sandwich, I noticed a dead fly fall out. It was quite disappointing. I went back to the manager, showed them what had happened, and they kindly issued me a refund.
I ordered a smoothie through the drive-thru, and it was quite good. The staff was polite, but it was a bit hectic—my drink sat on the counter for a few minutes before someone handed it to me. I understood they were busy and seemed to be training a new employee. Overall, it was a positive experience.
The food was delivered quickly and lived up to my expectations, even during the hectic lunch rush. I was pleased to have no complaints at all.
Love that they have a drive thru. Disappointed that their smoothies don't have a stronger flavor.
