They took our order, even asked questions about the details, but then didn?t actually make them. Got to the window and they only had one of our smoothies and claimed we never ordered the others. They proceeded to argue with us and then charged us fortheir mistake. Also took 15 minutes to get the smoothies. Such sad service for such a great smoothie place.

Despite the rude service from the blonde cashier at the register, we still give this restaurant 5 stars because we absolutely love the food. Her attitude did not ruin our dining experience.

I love tropical smoothie, but if you buy it from the door dash, beware of thieves. I ordered it today, and the driver didn't give me my smoothie. And I didn't get a reception either.
