I haven’t been here in years and now I remember why. There were only two girls working up front, the kale slaw was disgusting and old. W believe they pre-make it now with no label for date expiration on it whatsoever. The smoothie was totally disgusting and taste like a big cup of sugar. I felt for the two young ladies working in there, they had no help and there were several customers inside and in the drive-through.Forgot to add that the sandwich was saturated with whatever sauce/dressing they used. I took some of it off and ate it because I hadn’t eaten all day. I should’ve known better, I got sick
If you want to wait 25 minutes for a single smoothie that's fine but I don't. I also don't appreciate that the prices for a single smoothie have went up in price so ridiculously. Almost $8 for a smoothie? Just buy a nutri bullet and buy the 3 ingredients at meijer or Kroger and make 6 smoothies for the price of one. On top of that the employees stare at you when standing at the register and don't greet you until you say something, it's like they're wondering why you're even there. Weird.
Walked in and wasn't greeted for about 3 solid minutes. The employee at the counter was in the phone and didn't do much as acknowledge me. Eventually one of the other workers let me know they'd be right with me. A person who seemed like they might be a manager also walked past without even speaking. Smoothie didn't taste right. Even after the remake it wasn't right. I've had an avocalda made at multiple locations across several states. This was not my favorite by far.
The staff was friendly and my smoothie was awesome but the fact that I walked in on a 90 degree day only to find out IT WAS HOTTER IN THE STORE was awful! The working conditions were deplorable! And only to find out that that’s how it is normally there! I won’t be going back because I would hate to support a business that clearly does not support its employees. Went to this location, asked for Xtra sugar in my smoothie. Charged me 30 cents btw! Get my smoothie and it tastes off, I asked for them to remake it and the girl says oh we ran out of sugar my Manager has to go to another store location and get some sugar. I was so irritated to say the least... I will not be back to that location never...
The staff is unwelcoming and the management is lacking professionalism. Upon arrival, there was litter scattered around the front of the restaurant and it appeared that a female manager was speaking inappropriately to the employees. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.
