Tropical Smoothie Cafe

the smoothies are good, but not the employees. we left them a $3 tip that they turned into a $30 tip. We had proof of it from our credit card company and everything. called many times to talk to the manager and either they weren 't available or the manager would look into it and call us back . Which they never did. We finally disputed it with our credit card company and they got us our money back. Sadly I will never visit any of their locations ever again. I don 't want to give them anymore of my money.

THIS tropical smoothie is amazing and everything is good! From food to service! Can you guys please go train the tropical smoothie staff in the peachland one? I'm not trying to be rude I think it would help your business because it's a VAST difference. That one is closer to my house, and I barely go because the food and smoothies don't have much flavor...long wait times, but the smoothies aren't chunky anymore so that's good.

This place is amazing! First off it?s so clean! The staff is so welcoming when you walk in. And I was lucky enough to have Merci (The Manager) take my order and she was so nice and friendly to talk to. It made my entire day. I will absolutely be back! Thisis how all of the locations should be ran.

There was 6 ppl working and no one greeted upon walking in. There was one couple ahead of me waiting for their food and no one came up to take my order. After waiting a few minute of waiting while the workers talked to each other I left. Reserva una mesa ahora

One worker on. (Only one we saw there) ordered two drinks. Felt like we were a nuisance, left as soon as we got our drinks. Same drinks we order at other locations: yet it didn’t taste as good as our regular ones.

Always a favorite when stop in the area and pick up a smoothie. We enjoyed a bacon chicken Flatbread with our yesterday and Cheddar chips.

We came in at 8:45 but they are not cooking anymore. Ovens off. Very unsatisfied. Why having signes on and showing time open till 9pm?

Great friendly service! I love their smoothies and it was a nice atmosphere to get some work done and study.

There was a piece of hair placed right on top of my smoothie, absolutely disgusting.
