There is a girl that says she is a light brunette haired manager who works there who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been a longtime customer of Tropical Smoothie and have never been treated so poorly simply for asking for proper and safe food service. Her behavior was shocking; yelling and arguing with me at the counter, rolling her eyes, refusing my request to let the ladies who are properly masked and gloved to make my drinks, etc. She was unmasked, did not wear gloves or wash her hands while working at counter then going back to make drinks. have had two awful interactions with her and will never come back to this store which I have gone to for year. I ordered a flat bread and a smoothie and I got my flat bread pretty quickly. It was fine, but my smoothie never came. After a few minutes I asked about my smoothie and the staff member said I didn't order one. I was understanding and just requested another (even though the 4 people I was with remember me ordering one). When I went to pay for it, he tried to charge me full price instead of the $3.50 price when you order food with your smoothie. I voiced that I had already paid for food and ordered a smoothie the first time. He said I would have to order more food to get that price or I would be paying almost $6 for my smoothie!! He was very rude and didn't seem to care that he had messed up...
For a fast casual chain, this place isn’t half bad. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve never had issues with the food or smoothies. On top of that, the food tastes pretty good! I usually get the Jamaican chicken wrap and a smoothie. This last time I went I got the pumpkin chai smoothie which was surprisingly amazing. I’ll be honest, I did not expect much going here except food that’s better than McDonald’s (not much of a standard). But every time I go, I’m pleasantly surprised. I recommend coming here if you’re short on time and want good food/smoothies!

I like the food here a lot, but please consider offering some coupons or promo codes. I'd like to come once per week, but $15+ for smoothie/wrap is way too much. I can get a good salad, bowl, or sandwich in this area for $10-12, so I can't justify thesehigh prices.
The smoothie is perfectly blended and bursting with flavor. I like to substitute banana for pineapple in the TSC Bahama Mama recipe, as it better suits my taste. The service here varies—sometimes friendly, other times indifferent, and occasionally a bit grumpy.
My wife?s smoothie was very watered down and just tasted off. Pretty disappointing as this is her usual order at other locations and she wasn?t even able to finish this one.

Why the letting people to bring the pets their dogs into the store that is unacceptable I am definitely calling the health apartment with this
I find it unacceptable that people bring their pets into the restaurant. I will definitely be reporting this to the health department.
