Trouble House Cafe

What better way to be introduced to UK hospitality. Trouble House was brilliant. Jackie, our host went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. It is a fabulous place to explore the beauty of the Cotswolds as well as experience some of the incredible history of the area. Regrettably, I was not feeling 100% so did not have an opportunity to experience the breakfast and dining options. My son however was certainly in the mood to appreciate the menu options that were available and could not fault the hospitality provided. great lunch on Saturday. Fortunately to go and manage to get a table for two in the busy family and dog friendly pub / restaurant. fabulous faggots mittagessen. Faggots crowned with crispy swashing, sitting on a bed of heart carbure, on the top of the beautiful buttery carrots, surrounded by a sea of magnificent red wine gravy. accompanied by wonderful uley bitter. too full to try the treacle tart that I would certainly have been wonderful! many parking spaces on the back behind what can be seen from tetbury road. the garden looks very worth a visit in summer!

6 of us visited the Trouble House on Easter Sunday to meet up from different directions. Plenty of parking and easy booking process for a table of 6. We all had the roast dinners chicken, pork, beef and a nut roast. All were delicious and really good portions the meats were really tasty and the vegetables were great. But the Yorkshire puds were exceptional. I would recommend the Trouble House to anyone for the food and service and it’s great for us as it is conveniently placed for meeting people from all over the South West.

we called last minute and were kindly pressed into much to our joy and what a fabulous lunch it was! eating was amazing, we both had the faint and it was delicious. my man has the marmeladebrot and the butter pudding and I had chocolate torte for dessert, both of which were fabulous. you have to say that we have eaten a lot, but that was the best we had for a long time! well done to the trouble house team and cook! would definitely recommend! We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at the The Trouble House and couldn't fault it. The room was modern, very clean and contained a good variety of beverages and biscuits, the breakfasts were superb as was the one evening meal we had. Nothing was too much trouble for Jacqui and we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we had an outstanding meal the best pub food I have eaten, well presented and served by smiling and friendly staff. The bill was very reasonable and the whole evening was a pleasure. A memorably good experience.

The restaurant has a great menu with a wide variety of food options available. I thoroughly enjoyed my scallops starter and venison main course. I definitely need to come back to try the other tempting items on the menu.

We had an excellent Sunday lunch at the Trouble House today after a lovely 5 mile walk. The quality of the meal was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the deserts were fabulous. We’ll be back!! Reserva una mesa ahora

We live locally and The Trouble House is our go-to for a treat. The food is delicious and the staff and atmosphere warm and welcoming. We always have a good time.
