Troy-ann's Patisserie

Dropped into Troy-Ann’s patisserie today before our walk up Dollar Glen to the castle. I have to say that I tasted one of the finest pieces of baking I have ever had. To start I had a ham and cheese filled croissant, the cheese and ham was baked inside the croissant dough which was delicious and umami. I then had one of the fruit custard tarts, it was expertly baked with a crispy shortcrust base and a passion fruity tasting crème custard, finished with vibrant fresh fruit on top, divine! The coffee was also great. We had a nice chat with Troy-Anne too, she is a lovely person. If you are in the area I thoroughly recommend dropping in, you won’t regret it.

Came in late on a Sunday so most of the options were already sold. But the ones I got were all delicious. Me and my girlfriend ate everything I brought back and everything was fresh and tasty. Would recommend anyone who would like freshly made desserts. Also the service was impeccable, friendly and with a smile.

Delicious and beautiful cakes! It was hard to choose from all the options available an excuse to visit again! There is some seating one table inside and a few outside but we chose to take away and enjoy on a bench next to the burn.

Troy-Ann's Patisserie was an incredible experience! Both the pastries and the service! The coffee machine was broken but they were still serving coffee through a coffee press, which is brilliant! Reserva una mesa ahora

Troy-Ann is one talented lady! I tried her macaroons, chocolate tart and homemade chocolates. They were all fantastic, and the takeaway coffee was super good too. Pop in when you can!

Wow! The cakes here are phenomenol! Definately don’t ignore this place if you’re near by
