Ich bin überwältigt, ebenso meine Begleitung...erstklassiger Service, freundliches, hilfsbereites und engagiertes Personal. Wünsche werden sofort umgesetzt. Informationen wirklich jeden Gang...und was wir alles gegessen haben...unglaublich...schön angerichtet, super lecker, hervorragende Qualität. Nie zuvor gegessenes...und wenn jmd denkt (Sterne Restaurant ergo mini Portionen) vergesst es! Mich konntest aus dem Restaurant rollen...Es war wirklich sehr schön! Ich hab unzählige Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien und wirklich alles wurde berücksichtigt. Ich konnte schon bei der Reservierung den Allergiepass per WhatsApp schicken und musste mir wirklich gar keine Gedanken mehr machen...und ich k...

On Friday we were allowed to be the first guest in the Troyka. An incredible evening began at 1830 on entering this top thoughtful and stylish retreat of gastronomic experiences. The very warm welcome with the placement at the Chefstable..From here the kullinarian madness took its course! 3 pieces of red cabbage as 1. Gruss from the kitchen with a glass of champagne was very good. We chose the menu and got as 2. Gruss Beluga Lentils with Red Bete and Smetana Then followed 6 indescribable taste experiences that suddenly increased. Here also not unrecognized by Ronny Scheiber's insane wine tasting, which so incredibly flattered the food and so resurrected the culinary performance of the kitche...

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting TROYKA. I had the full course meal and got to sit at the bar a front row view of the kitchen and the amazing team preparing the dishes. For the price, you’re not only paying for a fantastic meal, you’re paying for a culinary show. All things considered, each dish is around $20/each. Considering that the dishes have premium ingredients (i.e., caviar, Wagyu beef, etc. the price point seems very fair. This was my first experience ever visiting a Michelin star restaurant and it has left me inspired to visit others in the future. If I ever have the chance to return to Erkelenz, it would be an honor to return to TROYKA for a second visit. Keep up the fantast...

We would be greeted politely and shown to the chef's table. Of course there is a cloakroom service. The aperitif was perfectly offered. Two different amuse gueules were served. Then our course menu began. It was always accompanied by the right drinks. All dishes tasted great. It's nice to see that well-known dishes are created in a new way and thus experience a taste experience. The service in the restaurant is friendly. Through the open kitchen you can also feel the atmosphere of the entire “Troyka team”. There is great team building, with a highly motivated team, you as a guest will receive excellent service. An experience from A to Z ! We were the first time in Troyka today. The restaurant is comfortably modern. The dressing of the courses can be observed via a screen if you are not sitting directly at the Chef’s Table. The kitchen is open, which is really interesting. All employees are super friendly attentive. There were great wine recommendations detailed explanations about the wines and of course also for food! Here you can see that all in the restaurant have the idea of what you do! The food was really exceptionally well crafted! All the courses were a taste explosion! I wouldn't be surprised if another star is soon cooked! Thick praise to the entire team!!!! How to get back :

Fast star kitchen charmingly presented!! How were very excited about the Russian inspired cuisine and were not disappointed. Five exciting courses at the price of 105 euros, wine tasting 60 euros. Exceptional flavors, interesting combinations, great presented. The service exceptionally young, sympathetic, open. The Michelin star can be sure again. Great success and a good start in the new house!

Exceptional food in very high quality. The wine tasting is perfectly matched. Allergies and wishes are discussed. There is a loving and very good service. The dressing and the food is perfect. Looking into the kitchen you get everything and can always ask questions about food and drinks. There are also good alcohol-free alternatives.

We arrived from Celle after seeing the guys from Troyka last year at My place, your place. It was an incomparable evening with taste explosions, palate and eye-catcher, nice operation, great drinks and a very sympathetic cook. Thank you for that!
