We ultimately decided to have a completely gluten-free wedding menu for my safety. We hired True Cuisine for our December 2023 wedding at The Brix in Carpentersville, which had 150 guests, and we were extremely impressed. Our main point of contact, Meghann, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the event, the staff arrived on time and efficiently handled all the table settings, lighting of candles, and other details. The food was excellent, and we received numerous compliments from our guests! Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend True Cuisine to anyone in need of catering for an event.
