It was quite a journey to the finish line with True Cuisine! My husband and I started looking for a caterer even before we were engaged as we knew we were likely going to settle on a venue that did not include the food. Many of the venues we saw listed True Cuisine as a preferred vendor so we decided to reach out and learn more about what they offered. We had a fabulous experience with True Cuisine. The food was absolutely incredible. I had multiple people comment to me that the food was delicious, especially the lemon chicken. We actually thought it was even better than we remembered from the tasting! In addition to the food being great, the staffing was phenomenal. Throughout the process we worked with Lauren and Sara Claire, both of whom were kind, helpful, and extremely responsive to emails. My husband and I booked True Cuisine for our wedding, and the level of detail, attentiveness, and thoroughness they provided went above and beyond our expectations. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner, and they had a history of working with our venue and the company that provided the liquor for our wedding. Sarah and Jacob were extremely polite and patient and willing to offer anything they could to help us get everything signed and finalized for our big day. Beth was our Event Director, and she made sure my husband and I had the perfect experience on our wedding day. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time! We couldn't have found a better caterer for our wedding reception in the fall of 2022! We had very complicated menu needs and True took on our requests with so much enthusiasm and willingness to accommodate us. Every single step of the planning and execution was flawless. All of the staff--from the catering coordinator to the bartender--were super generous and helpful and we were blown away by everyone's professionalism and collaboration, particularly on the day of the event. Lauren and the entire team from True Cuisine was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. From day one, Lauren was warm and welcoming, professional, flexible and always quick to respond to any and all questions. After our wonderful tasting, she helped us curate a menu that was truly unique and fit our vision perfectly. The event staff all did a fabulous job on wedding day and we got tons of raving reviews from our guests about how incredible our food was. Service was top notch. True Cuisine was absolutely amazing! Going into planning our wedding we were prepared to have to settle on the food, but we were greatly mistaken! Our friends and family are still raving about how good the food was. From inventive apps, to delicious mains the food was SO good. The team was also incredible during the planning process you can tell that they are true experts and love the work they do. It is also important to note how transparent they are with their pricing, this really set them apart from competitors and it is something that we greatly appreciated!
This catering company is the absolute best! I will recommend them to everyone in search of a great cater for their wedding. Sarah was so phenomenal and proactive with helping me prepare for the big day! I can’t even count the number of compliments my husband and I received about the food, and about the staff working our reception. My fiancé and I got married at The Brix on the Fox and True Cuisine exceeded all of our expectations throughout the catering planning process. They were very friendly and responsive and gave us great food recommendations based on our preferences. We had a buffet set up and it was displayed very nicely with plenty of food for all. We used True Cuisine for our wedding and couldn't be happier!! The food was delicious and service was fast. They were very communicative leading up to the day and checked in frequently throughout the dinner to make sure we were happy. All of our guests raved about the food too! Very highly recommend you book them for your wedding or any event!
