The good: I got a butternut squash soup, ancient grains bowl with added steak, and a turkey burger. I loved how spacious the restaurant was both indoors and out. The kitchen is open for you to see the production process. There's a variety of vegetarian and vegan options with optional proteins that you can add on for an additional cost. The bad: The host at the outside podium was talking to co-workers awhile before addressing me. They weren't talking about work it seemed and it took awhile for him to address me though I was standing right there in front of him. I really like True Food because it is delicious and real food. The prices are great too. The ambiance is like you're sitting in someone's kitchen. Love the open atmosphere of the place. I've eaten at the Manhattan Beach, CA, Santa Monica, CA and Buckhead, GA locations. All are delicious!!! The staff at all locations are wonderful too!!!

I liked the atmosphere. The servers were great. And the food was delicious. I'm new to healthy eating and the servers took their time to explain the menu and how some of the food was cooked. Will absolutely come back again.

Wonderful food! Outdoor seating available. I especially appreciated the wait staff checking in on us at respectful well-times intervals.This place is a definite go to!
