I've been here before, so I'm surprised that I haven't checked the true food kitchen yet! we just came from the white coat ceremony of my best friend, and it was the perfect place to eat afterwards. there are many vegan elements on the menu, and they can make many modifications and substitutions, too! I have the old grains bowl, and I enjoyed it very much. I think it was a little oily, but the aromen were what I expected. I also have the sparkling prickly pear tisane that was so light and refreshing. my best friend who is free of milk/Gluten has replaced the spaghetti squash casserole with vegan cheese. her father even bought us some of the vegan chocolate chip cookies for dessert that were...
we loved this place so much. the food was excellent. fresh, delicious and inventive. the service of taylor was top notch. he gave great suggestions and the speed with which we got our food was very impressive. these cookies were vegan and they were so good. I would recommend true food kitchen and we will be safe back. we spent what we did because we got the thun-fish cups, and they were so good that we all ordered them again.
so many healthy tasty options. if they plan to go to the shopping center, they will stop a definitiw. there were 4 of us, we all tried something else on the menu and no one had any complaints. service might have been better, but with covid we understand how they might have had a possible personal deficiency!
There is a very uplifting vibe about this place and the food is seasonal and crafted very well. It is expensive but its extremely fresh and delicious. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. As a person who loves to cook this place was great. Thank you for the hospitality.

1st time visit, beautiful night, great waiter amazingly fresh food Somewhat but excellent light choices. Never had a fresh citrus skinny margarita before, yum Located near Green Hills Mall.

Another excellent dinner! Tonight was the Chicken fennel sausage lasagna and the Teriyaki Tofu bowl, finished with the Squash Pie. Very, very good. Service was outstanding as usual.
Food was fresh light and flavorful. Service was good. The restaurant itself has very high open ceilings makes for a loud dining experience.

True Foods offers good choices for Vegans (my preference) and so is a go to restaurant for this side of Nashville.
