I recently dined at Truffle n Bacon and, unfortunately, my experience was quite mediocre. We started with the spam fries. While they had the perfect crunch, they lacked the signature saltiness and porky flavor of traditional spam, leaving us questioning if it was spam at all. Next, we tried Bubba’s Big Breakfast, which includes 2 eggs, hash browns, bangers, ham steak, bacon, and is served with biscuits and gravy. The espresso machine was out, so we had to order black coffee. It wasn't great and was served in plastic cups. However, the service was excellent. Our waitress was super sweet and friendly, and she genuinely cared when informing us about the espresso machine. The food was good; the Ube French toast was delicious. Overall, the food is solid and worth a visit with many items to try. A couple of notes: they charge a 4% fee to offset credit card costs, which feels steep and unnecessary since food prices are already inflated. These upcharges seem like a way to make more money. Too loud and too crowded. The menu is a QR code that you scan from the table. You bring it up on your phone but there are no pictures associated with the items on the menu so you really don't see what you're getting. We frequent the breakfast place across the parking lot and wanted to try this so we stopped in and right away I was not impressed. We left without ordering.
The food is probably great but telling someone 20mins after waiting that their food hasn’t even been started cause there is more important bigger orders (mind you it wasn’t even a small order) IS UNACCEPTABLE you can’t play with ppls time and life like that!!!!!!!!

I would post pictures of the food. But it is GONE. Best Chicken and waffles in Henderson for sure. Get the bacon jelly. Mochi pancakes are just delightful. If you haven't tried it, try it. They also make an exceptional coffee and cappuccino.
Ube french toast is so good! My eggs were cooked perfectly. The daily special was really good. Big portions. Customer service is great. Our waitress was so nice and patient helping is order and repeating the specials
Amazing food and friendly staff. Never crowded during the week. The short stack plus chocolate chips are some of the best chocolate chip pancakes I've ever had! The Breakfast Mac and Cheese is absolutely amazing!
Food was really good cane here for the pork belly omelette and is wasn't disappointed it was really good also my wife had the ube pancakes which put a smile on her face will be back next time in vegas
