Trullo D’oro - Reserva de mesa

Down from Boston for the weekend to visit the old neighborhood and family. Tried this restaurant for the first time. Upon entering we were greeted by the owners Gino and Maria who were very friendly and made you feel right at home Restaurant has a very relaxed, with a comfortable atmosphere like we were in a Trattoria in Italy Food was absolutely wonderful and service was impeccable. This will now be our go to Italian restaurant anytime we come back to NY to visit. This is a hidden gem on Long Island and the owners make you feel like family Highly recommend giving this place a try.

I ate dinner for the first time at Trullo D'Oro last night with my parents, and we can't wait to go back! The food was incredible from the baked clams to the carbonara pasta, everyone loved their meal. What made the restaurant one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time beyond the food was the amazing owner, Gino. I felt like we were a guest in his home. I can't say enough good things about Trullo D'Oro. Parking: You can park out front or in the lot behind the restaurant.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Trullo D’Oro with three generations at the table, and everyone had a fantastic time. The owner, who previously worked at La Caravella, and the staff made us feel truly welcome, as if we were guests in their own home. The food was exquisite, with plenty of delicious vegetarian options available. We also appreciated the generous pours of wine. The atmosphere was cozy, elegant, and relaxing. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had dinner at Trullo D'Oro for the first time last night with my parents, and we can't wait to return! We went to Trullo D'Oro on mother's day and had a truly delicious dinner. This restaurant used to be LA Caravella and to my delight had the same owners! Gino and his wife took good care of us and the grandkids. There are vegetarian options with homemade pasta, food for the kids and many delicious options for the adults. Delicious dessert topped off the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Had dinner with 2 friends. Everything about the restaurant was terrific. The food was wonderful and felt like I was in Italy. I am not so easy to please but I absolutely recommend this restaurant. The owner puts his heart and sole into his restaurant and is a great host. I have never met him before so I am being straight forward about my recommendation.

The entire experience was great. It is a family owned restaurant that puts their heart and sole into their food and care for their customers. Great atmosphere. Great fresh authentic food. The owner, his wife and the staff were very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend this place for dinner or a private party
