I've visited Truman's a few times, but this will be my last. It's a casual bar that serves good food, but my experience this time was marred by the bartender. I requested my dressing on the side, and while the dressing was indeed on the side, there was also dressing on the salad itself. When I asked her if she had added dressing to the salad and the unrequested bun, she seemed quite annoyed and disappeared for 10 minutes, only to return and say she had forgotten. In the meantime, I tried to blot the dressing off the salad with napkins because it was completely drenched. When she finally came back and saw that I hadn't eaten, I explained that it was just too oily for me, but she started argui...
First time at Truman's 216 it was an outstanding the parking is terrible the food is excellent it's in a great location that you can park in the parking lot and pay that extremely $20 fee but you ain't got to worry about your car getting towed for being parked in the wrong but I will return to Truman's had a great time waiting on my carryout had a great conversation with the bartender I encourage you to try it
If you’re looking for great vibes, phenomenal bar food, and friendly staff, this is your place. We felt like regulars the second we walked through the door! They had some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had and the food options had something for everyone. The service was awful, and the food was disappointing. I will never return. On Easter Sunday, there was only one cook, who prepared meals for one table at a time. What kind of management allows this to happen? The poor waitress was unable to manage it all. There were only four staff members working on a holiday. If you can't properly staff your restaurant, then don’t open it.

The restaurant was unclean, with nothing maintained or restocked. It took a long time to receive the food we ordered. The brunch hours were not from 10 to 2 as advertised. Additionally, the online menu did not match what was offered in the bar/restaurant. The pictures online are quite misleading. The only positive aspect was our waitress. We won't be returning.
My family and I visited Truman's 216 before a Cleveland Browns game, and we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. This part of our day was great for all of us. We will definitely be going back to Truman’s and recommend it to others.
There was no need to make a reservation at this place on OpenTable since there were no other diners with reservations. We ended up having to sit at the bar. The food was below average, and the drinks were ridiculously overpriced. I was shocked that the total for dinner and drinks came to $155.
Stopped here for a drink and apps to end the night. The food was decent(loaded nachos), but the drinks were meh. It was also kind of a strange vibe for a Saturday night. There wasn't many people there.

This is by far the best burger I've had in quite some time! I ordered the onion Swiss burger, and I can't wait to return!
