I have eaten there twice and both times food was excellent and service good. New restaurant so it is not perfect but I think that management is working to iron out the kinks in food flavor, preparation and staff performance. But, that said, I still maintain that my dining experience was great. If you don’t like the food then you just don’t like Louisiana cuisine. Try the gumbo and the shrimp and grits, man
