I ordered $117 of food and only half arrived. I called them and they said their machine wasn't working and I would have to pick up the rest, then they hung up on me. I rang back they kept saying their machine is broken and I had to pick it up again. They asked what can they do and I said complete my order. They hang up on me again. I complained to door dash and they only gave me a credit for the food not delivered. I have never had a problem with door dash before but after this, I am not happy with part credit and will never order from this restaurant again. Did I mention they hung up on me twice. Disgraceful experience for over experience food.
The hygiene and food safety at this restaurant are severely lacking. My friends and I decided to dine here, but the place was dirty. When we requested that they clean our table, they wiped it down with a cloth that seemed even dirtier. To make matters worse, when our food arrived, it was far too undercooked and unappetizing. We couldn't eat it at all. If I hadn't been with my friend, I would have left immediately. This does not reflect a proper Turkish kitchen! They really need to improve their standards if they expect people to dine here and pay for their meals!
Ordered $64 of food through Doordash, and received a pathetic effort that wouldn't feed one.Ends of tomato that ought to be binned, a chunk of onion, and tiny bits of cold, hard meat with a bit of greenery that barely looked edible.What a disgusting disappointment.So much for supporting a local business. Food is tasty but they cheating in the menu, my mix plate came missing the lamp shish, the food they provide not matching the menu, just be very careful and make sure what’s in the plate other wise you will get ripped off for sure. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40

The worst owner I have ever seen is very rude and its customer service is very bad, most of the time they don't have what they want if they are not fresh at all.

Good value for money. Good food but be prepared to wait atleast 40 minutes before the main meal is served .
