We've been there 2 more times since I last review of Tu Casa. The 2nd time we went there with a huge disappointment. At that moment we decided we'd never go back. Then we remembered how good the 1st time was and we decided we'd give it anotherchance. We also asked the waitress the 1st time how they cookedThe fried Calamari. She asked us how we liked it. I told I don'tlike Calamari fried too long or with lots of breading. I asked her about the calamari Rice Seafood Trafa. She asked me how Iliked it I told her not cooked too long. If I could give this place NO stars, I would. This used to be the go to spot for my husband and I for the better part of 2 years. Our kids enjoyed the food here as well, so we would order about 2 3 times a month . However, in the past 6 months thisplace has taken a turn for the worst. We placed an order directly with them about 3 weeks ago and the food took over 2.5 hoursto arrive! I was highly disappointed but decided to give them another try, but they doubled down by serving me raw chicken! WhenI asked to have my order fixed, they gave me a hard time about it, ie requesting for the raw chicken back (FOR WHAT? . Food was absolutely delicious! We had chicken wings and rice with sea food in a yellow sauce and we loved it! However, our server was not that great. First she forgot our drinks, then she brought the food without the utensils or napkins, she forgot tobring the waters we asked for and she tried to blame it on her coworker. We saw the other server bringing cold glasses for thebeers to another table and refilling the water glasses constantly and we got a hot glass and no water. It's such a shame she puta shade on the overall experience when the food was so great.

Haven't been here since the pandemic and I have missed this place. Every time I go to Kew Gardens we like to eat here and I always get the same things. In the past I have tried the chupe (seafood soup), Maduros and the Colombian chorizo with tostones.My go-to meal is the pernil. I use the spicy green sauce on the table as my salad dressing and tostones dipper.. We sat in inthe covered outdoor area which was brighter than indoors. Reserva una mesa ahora

We've been coming here for 17 years. The food is always good, service is great and they really have the best sangria!! What puts everything over the edge is how they treat everyone like family.

Food is always great. Cooked perfect and fair quantity for the price. The staff seems to be stretched thin so it?s rare you see your server for the duration of your visit.

Some of the food was ok but others were a bit bland. Ceviche was ok. Fish fillet was very good but salmon was bland. Tallarin Verde was also good just arrived cold.
