I understand if this was when COVID-19 rates were high and at the beginning. BUT why now? If its lack of staff that is your owners/manager concern (another review) and am sure trying to address hiring people but in the mean time maybe that owner needs to step up and come in and support their staff. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the staff, although only two, were very friendly and approachable. However, the line was quite long. I noticed a sign in the window indicating that they pay only $10 an hour, which is rather surprising. They deserve a raise! For comparison, you can work at White Castle for $15 an hour, and they sell burgers for under a dollar. I ended up spending $30 for just half a salad! It’s important to compensate your employees fairly!
The steak and cheese sandwich I had was terrible. The meat was pre-cooked and extremely dry, and the onions were caramelized but drenched in some sort of brown sauce that tasted burnt. This used to be the best Tubby’s around, but not anymore. I was really hungry but left feeling very disappointed. It’s a drive-through only, and I have no idea what they did to the meat—it was cooked well past well done.
ok where to start first of all complete wrong sub I ordered a pizza steak and cheese and got some Italian something sub it was bread and gross bread no sauce or nothing i ordered a 12inch got a 8 inch paid 20 bucks this was the worst sub ever to make things worse i got sick from the bread ! wrong sauce for my mozz sticks what's up Tubby's never again will i go to this store and i am a ttubbys lover!

I ordered a turkey club, first sandwich I got had no bacon on it and covered in Italian dressing which normally it comes with mayo. I went back around the drive thru and told them my sandwich was wrong, the second turkey club I got was worse then the first, no bacon no tomato, covered in Itaian dressing.
Customer service was good. I gave a one start due to the food. I order steak and cheese double meat with toppings. The meat was dry didn't look like it had double meat the cheese was not melted and it was only a little tubby sauce on the sandwich. I will not be returning back to that location.
This location offers drive-thru service only, and the wait time from ordering to receiving my food was quite slow. However, the food was good. I would recommend improving the drive-thru process for a better experience.
Ordering ahead is pointless when only the drive thru is open. I still had to wait in a long line to get cold food. I couldn't go somewhere else because I paid online. SMH.

I visited this restaurant at 8 PM, but although the website stated they were open until 9 PM, they were actually closed. Please update your hours.
Order was wrong and service was terrible. It took over an hour to get us our food when ordering online. Don’t waste your money.
