The restaurant is permanently closed. DO NOT ORDER FOOD!!! We waited for over an hour and a half yesterday, as we were able to order and pay online without any problems. After calling five times, I decided to go there in person, as it was incredibly rude that no one answered and our food still hadn't arrived. The restaurant was completely closed and dark. There was absolutely no indication of why it was closed or that it was closed, neither on-site nor on the website. We haven't received our refund yet either...
Closed for about three weeks, no notices or information, neither at the store door nor via a recorded message. I was actually satisfied with the products I ordered; the manager and his staff were friendly. The unannounced closure leaves open the question: why...how...why? Should customers at least be informed about vacation or illness? Did the WKD (Western German Customs and Excise Service) visit?
no respect, liars, hypocrites, selfish, no shame, no shame from others 2 students waited 30 minutes outside in the cold for our food! We called and they said that we were liars and threatened us with a report and immediately deleted our number! That's just not behavior. That's not how you treat customers! Never so disrespectful again!!!
Delivery took more than 2 hours, that can't be right? The food was also catastrophic, I would rather have no more tuna pizza, it tasted very strange.. No matter how hungry you are, don't order here, trust

Lieferservice mieserabel, essen ok. 2 stunden lang auf essen gewartet was mittelmäßig ist. nicht weiter zu empfehlen, vor allem an nem samstagabend nicht
Service was okay, the guy arrived quickly, about 25 minutes. The tortellini with cheese and cream sauce was amazing, I threw up twice. Thanks!
If you want to eat something at night, please order there. Very nice staff and very tasty dishes.
