Tully's Good Times Vestal

I had one of the worst experiences tonight at Tully 's. I was out for my birthday dinner with Ana and her 15 month old daughter. The order that Ana wanted was Buffalo Chicken Tenders (the dinner portion). She asked for two pieces to be kept on the side for her daughter. The server told us they won 't do that. I asked for the manager because I have never heard of such a thing. The manager said they could do it and not to worry. That is good customer service. However, the owner of the franchise said no that he will not allow it. They tried to get us to purchase a meal for a 15 month old. Are you kidding me! I have been going to that restaurant for 7 years and will NEVER walk through those door...

Excellent for what it is: a very capable restaurant disguised as sports bar/pub. Very good (and original) food. Service has always been great. The original wings are an absolute must-have. It 's loud (but it 's supposed to be, I suppose), so not an intimate dining experience ... but fast, good food and very cool if you 're there for a game (or games).

CHICKEN STRIPS... what more can I say. They were absolutely delicious and are HUGE. Good atmosphere for the family to come. Our server did great, and we always had drinks and whatever else we needed. If you or your kids are chicken strip aficionados you definitely need to give Tully's a try.

Buffalo wings we're mediocre, the fries were bussin. The candy claw machine breaks consistently and me and my little sister got over 50 pieces of candy with 1 dollar. Overall a great experience, waitress was super nice and was quick with the food.

Honestly I just went and was so disappointed. The honey mustard is advertised as one of the best and is not even close to the quality of store bought honey mustard.
