Not the Tumbleweed I remember. The two areas that this place excelled in were the quality of service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I ordered the Taco Salad with pulled pork and it was so devoid of flavor I barely ate half. Iceberg lettuce, topped with some pulled pork, tender but bland, cheese, and sour cream. I used ranch dressing that I added Chula hot sauce to make it spicy, this was all the flavor I could taste. For the price, I would never order it again. No tomatoes, no other vegetables. Mom ordered the chimichangas and they were filling but also had minimal flavor and were a little greasy . Even the salsa tasted like ketchup with chunks of tomato. No salt, no onion, no garlic...
2 attempts to dine here in a row. First time we arrived at 8 pm and waited 40 mins, after already being told we would be seated in 20 mins, only to be told they were too busy and could not serve us. Second attempt we arrived at 8:40 to get a margarita. Sat at the bar for 20 mins without any greeting whatsoever. The waitress’ were talking about us “just walking in without being seated”. One waitress walked by and just stared at us and didn’t say a word. After that we walked out. I have always loved tumbleweed but this location is ran by a terrible group of people. At neither visit did we act rude or disrespectful but we were treated with pure disrespect. If I could give 0stars I would.
Kaitlyn Cooper is an outstanding server at this restaurant, and I highly recommend giving them a call. She is the best server I've ever encountered, and her cocktails are absolutely delightful. Whenever I visit, I look forward to her making my drinks. She treats me like family, is a bit fierce, and always makes sure I feel well taken care of. Despite the hustle and bustle, she ensures that my food is served hot, accurate, and my steak is cooked to a perfect medium. She’s truly exceptional! The service here is unmatched!!!

I often order the chimichanga, and it never disappoints. It's always nice and crispy, served hot, and seasoned just right. The new Chimichanga Chimichanga Chimichanga has quickly become my favorite. On our most recent visit, Kaitlyn was our server, and she did an outstanding job. Despite the busy lunch rush, she made a point to check in at our table each time she passed by to ensure we had enough water or anything else we needed. Whenever we required assistance, her response was always a positive one.
I waited over 40 minutes, and I was the only customer whose order had been taken. Once my order was finally placed, it took the server an additional 10 minutes to put it in. When I looked through the window, I saw that my food had been sitting there for over 5 minutes while the meals for the rest of my table were still being prepared. When it finally arrived, my food was cold to the touch and not hot at all. We decided to leave.
Food was AMAZING! One of the best meals I have had in a very long time! This is one of my family's favorite restaurant. The staff is friendly. Food comes out quick and hot.
