After booking 6 or more weeks ago for a family dinner for my boyfriends 21st I am totally appalled by the service we had experienced. When we arrived, the table was not even laid out. We had made several complaints due to it being so cold where we was seated and due to the fact we had a newborn baby and a 4 year old. When the drinks orders had come out, these were completely messed up and had to chase up the correct drinks. When our starters arrived, after having to chasing up bread and dips also, we requested the 4 year olds children’s meal to be brought out with starters which this never happened, after being chased up we recieved nothing. I called the Turkish kitchen to explain that I wanted to place an order via deliberoo, but due to allergies to wheat, could I just have plain rice. The rice normally comes with barley/bulger wheat mixed with it. The man I spoke to on the phone went and informed the kitchen and asked me to also put celiac on my deliveroo notes to the restaurant. My food turned up an hour and 1/2 later with barley/bulger wheat in the rice, despite me calling and leaving a note with my order. I called up again and they said they would send out another order with the correct plain rice,and take the old order back. Another hour later, my new order arrived, with the correct rice but this time my salad was missing....

Came here for a meeting in their upstairs room. 1) Came in wasn’t offered a drink or anything. Had to track the waiter down and he could barely understand English. 2) Didn’t bring me any starters and gave it to everyone else. Couldn’t say anything as the main talk had already started. 3) Mains came out and brought me a tiny chicken shish despite me ordering a mixed shish. The waiter said he would get me lamb but it never materialised. 4) Mains were stone cold and dry. Was so fed up that I didn’t stay for dessert. Total disaster and waste of time. DO NOT come here. Spend your money in a better restaurant.

Friendly efficient service, nice size food portions and very flavoursome as well, Alice our waitress was amazing and very attentive and went out of her way to check we were satisfied with everything. Service was amazing, food and drinks delicious. Brought my family here for dinner and the welcome was warm from the door. Great place for children as it’s not too loud although there wasn’t a kids menu. Will definitely visit again!

I visited this restaurant was a real pleasure food is amazing, cocktails are delicious, nice staff, good management it was lovely! Amazing desert baklava and ice cream, good coffee and Turkish tea! 5*

Really nice food, been twice a change from hotel food, it’s a little pricey but worth it. Large portions so unless you’re very hungry don’t have a starter.
