The service at this restaurant was poor, the portions were small, and it was expensive for takeout! As a family of 5 adults, we were extremely disappointed. We were given a portion of salad to share, a spoonful of rice, and a tiny piece of wrap. This was not what we expected for almost £100, especially since we had to collect the food ourselves and it was lukewarm/cold. We had requested the food to be ready at a certain time, but they called half an hour earlier to say it was ready, which was incorrect. This restaurant is a complete rip-off! The service is poor and the take-away food is overpriced with ridiculously small portions for an adult meal. The prices do not match the amount of food you receive. The quality of the meal was disappointing and the service was subpar. Our meals were incomplete, with missing sides and cold food. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they dismissed them quickly. I would suggest avoiding ordering from this restaurant, especially when it costs nearly £100 for a take-away meal for a family of 5 adults who were not satisfied. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be ordering from here again.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We usually get takeaways from here but decided to dine in this time. We ordered a Mezze platter with a variety of sides, although we found that we could have used more bread to go with it. The mains were also delicious, although the cheese in the yogurtlu kebab was a bit overpowering. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to other Turkish restaurants in Birmingham, but the taste and quality make it worth it. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their dishes. On a recent visit, we tried the falafels and they were amazing. This place is definitely a favorite.

Nice Turkish restaurant. Plenty of tables, lots of room and tasteful decor, including funky Turkish lights (see photo). The menu has all the usual Turkish favourite dishes including chicken, lamb and fish, baba ganoush, hummus etc. The bread is superb, I paired it with hummus as a starter, which was surprisingly ultra smooth, but great flavour.. Have dined here a number of times, always a good experience. Service is good, with friendly staff. Food is excellent, and portions large, in fact the mixed starter for two fed three and left little room for mains. All food is beautifully cooked, very fresh, and delicious. From a simple bread to advanced mains I have thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience here. If there one less positive then things can get a bit noisy, but it is happy chatter not loud music.

Visited recently for my partner’s birthday. Clean and bright inside with an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the starters arrived very quickly! Great value for money the mixed chicken platter was huge and came with plenty of rice, bread and salad. We will happily visit Turquoise again. A hidden gem in West Bromwich

Definitely one of the better Turkish restaurants in the Birmingham/Black country area. Hot and cold starters were decent. The mixed platter was good. Lamb chops were excellent. None of the meat was too chewy as it is many a time in Turkish restaurants. Bread was also soft and fluffy. Will be returning in the near future.

Visited for the first time this evening and would definitely go back. The food was delicious! The portions are just right and the staff were really friendly. When we arrived there was quite a few parties but we didn’t wait long for our food at all! Will definitely recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely décor and well spaced tables. Food was excellent with generous portions and various options. Unfortunately the night we visited there was two large parties so service was probably slower than normal

Fresh bread yum! We had a group of 8, including one child. It was really nice. Lots of staff and full tables all around us. This is a place we go to regularly.
