Ordered through the slice app tonight for the first time to this pizzeria. My order was 25 mins late because they were busier than usual . I contacted the pizzeria directly and they said 10 mins. 15 mins later I got my order. My pizza was lukewarm. My calamari was ice cold and old. The sandwich I ordered was old and cold as well. Contacted slice and they stated the pizzeria told them they were busier than usual as well and refused to provide a discount or new food. At minimum they could have sent me new hot food or refunded all my slice fees. They didn 't even apologize. I 'm waiting for a manager callback now.
This is a recent review from someone who lives in the area. Turtle's has changed their recipe and is on par with their competition. As someone who alternates places, I was never impressed here originally, but I like to support local businesses. Today I ordered and I was actually blown away. The pizza seriously got an upgrade, probably due to local competition. The plain pie deals are legit. They still need to reel in quite a bit on the exorbitant topping prices, but I would now put a stamp of approval on this place. Take it for what it's worth.
Ordered here 3 times and twice it came in an 1hour and 45 minutes later. Rude on the phone and on top of it delivered wrong food. Ended up eating dry chicken at 10pm at night. How do businesses like this stay open. Everyone makes mistakes but two out of three times! Never again and no one I know will be either. If you screw up own it and make up for it. Also take some time training people that represent you.
Absolutely everything is delicious every time I order. I'm surprised at how great it is and I'm a former chef great pizza great pasta, great appetizers great sandwiches I have yet to find something that I was displeased with. And the portion sizes are amazing. I have enough for at least two meals. Highly recommend you try it.

Great service. Good food for price. Sandwiches are a good size. Plain pizza is thin but delicious. Also just 6.99. Thwy offer specialty pizzas, pasta, wraps salad, appetizers and more. Never a long wait. They were great during quarantine. Never got bored of choices. .
Ordered thur gruhub. Delivery was longer then expected but the pizza was hot and made perfectly. Perfect amounts of ingredients and the price was great.
Meatball Parmigiana Sub amazing fresh hot and delicious very good. Pizza pie was also hot and fresh and drink ice cold thank you !!!!
Nice professional establishment, excellent food and fast service... highly recommend , great fresh pizza!!

The pasta was so good I enjoyed it. Wish you can do a gluten free pasta too.
Turtles Pizza is one of my favorite in North Jersey!
