Food is usually good, before there was a white blonde female server who was amazing, attentive, and always got orders right. Quality seemed better, too.Last time I went in, the server got my egg order wrong, poured coffee into my friends tea mug, and when I got my food there was a visible hair on the french toast just as I was about to put butter on them. Gross.The server was nice enough to comp the meal, but the overall experience was poor compared to last ones. Hope this improves!
The service is excellent, we especially like Navdeep (spelling), she knows the menu inside out and is very helpful, kind and efficient, she goes above and beyond for the customer! This place is the best , there is never a wait to be seated due to the roughly 30 tables that are set up in way that doesn’t feel crowded, great layout. The food is always delicious and well priced.Parking: A large parking lot right outside front door and it’s free!
Ordered a nutella banana waffle and it was horrible, soggy, smothered with nutella to the point the waffle is swimming in it. Banana are soft and mushy, probably old.Extremely disappointing, delivery orders should be packaged with travel in mind, package thinks separately so they don’t ruin the food and make it inedible. This should be standard practice when food delivery has been around for quite awhile now.Regards
Amazing server, the guy is really a treat. Definitely best Tutti Frutti in Edmonton. They do not cheap out on anything.His customer service is so much better than most breakfast places, definitely a kind, caring, and compassionate owner.Thanks again for the drinks man, I hope things go better for you and the business!! Large portions, excellent coffee and food. I honestly didn’t understand a word the waiter said but he was so personable and energetic it just made it more fun. Great prices. Bring a coat though, if you go in the morning they keep it kinda chilly in there. Chin Chin !
The plate of food I received was immaculate! Everything was delicious. The service was decent and food came to the table pretty quick! It was nice to see everyone working as a team, hosts, servers and kitchen staff alike. Will absolutely recommend to people I know.
This was my boyfriends omelette, you can see a huge eggshell there. He got a new order, but still didn’t eat it. I did eat mine and that whole day and night I was throwing up. That was our first time there- never going there again.
