The service yesterday afternoon was appalling . Six of us local ladies , had a nice lunch inAlbir , then a gentle stroll …before finishing with coffee and cake in any of the numerous cafes in the area.. Tables were moved quickly enough to accommodate us on arrival, but after that ,we had to ask a minimum of twice for everything we wanted . Wouldn’t say staff were rude at any point ,the restaurant was busy , but there seemed enough staff on to cope. they just seemed clueless. ….When we finally caught ones eye ……she smiled nicely and came to take our order,,, …and after the second person ordered , she had to go and find a pen and order pad …..bless … …then she totally forgot about us. All the staff all looked busy, but didn’t seem to be doing much, and it didn’t seem to be anyone’s job to follow through the order,and I certainly couldn’t spot the person in charge.. .One friend asked 4 times for her drink,another twice for ice, and 3 of us asked for the bill at different times. The coffee wasn’t the best , and neither was the very overly priced apple strudel.. Other friends visit regularly, and boast about lovely coffee and a generous piece of cake included in the price. Well ..NOT yesterday

Visited here last week for the first time, we were shown to a table with no cutlery etc, and then waited for ages for the waiter to come and take our order, when he did, my wife ordered Lasagna, and I ordered a pepperoni pizza, the waiter took the order, and a few minutes later came back to tell my wife, that they had no Lasagna left. So she ordered a pepperoni pizza like me, a few minutes later came back and told us they had no pepperoni, did we want chorizo instead, we both said no, and asked to see the menus again. My wife ordered, a 4 cheese pizza, and ordered cheese and bacon, it appeared that they had cheese, and bacon, as we got both these pizza’s. The waiter then told us that they would not charge the difference between our original order and what we eventually received, so we saved around 50 cents. Although, we had the above issues, both pizza’s were very good and tasty, however, I cannot believe that so early in the evening, that an Italian restaurant (19:00) had ran out of Lasagna and Pepperoni. Anyway The food was good but would suggest that anyone visiting this restaurant enquire, that the dishes they would like are actually available, prior to making your order.

After waiting about 20 minutes I went to get the Menu to read. Next 15 minutes someone comes to ask what we want to drink. Our satarters came after another 30 minutes, 1 drink was missing, we asked 3 times to get... Asking several times for more bread, it was finaly coming together with the main courses ?? . We got baked Potato which was half ROTTEN !!! on 1 plate and a very hard, unfinished baked the other one. The vegetables are just frozen and cooked in water, no flavor at all. We tried to talk to the staff but they just ignore us. We didn't eat potatoes, no vegetables either, just meat from the whole main dishes. One glass to drink was very dirty. We paid and left, but we should never ever pay for spoiled food! Don't waste your time to go there. The service is just rude and the food is really bad. We will be never back,

Went here for menu del dia. It was only 9 euros but I had salad then fish for main. Salad was just lettuce cucumber etc no small amount of tuna or egg. When the main coarse came the fish was the tiniest bit of tail end stuck to the batter. No joke I couldn’t even scrape a mouthful to eat. Soggy bit of broccoli absolutely disgusting. Complained to waitress but we’re not interested. It was absolutely laughable if I wasn’t so angry. Avoid avoid avoid

They served pork when we orderen entrecote. All staff denied it was pork, terrible service. Stay away from this resturant
