"After a 7-hour-hike, we spent the night at Tutzinger Huette. The place was cute and the view was amazing. We had great time during the dinner, had delicious Bavarian food and chatted with the other guests. We will definetely go back to this cosy and warm hut."

We stayed overnight at the hutte as well as eating a meal there. What we ate was tasty - we didn't review the whole menu. The staff is the first thing I'll rave about. Andy, was so welcoming as we came in after dusk (long, arduous hike & and an injury). He greeted us warmly and brought refreshing beers quickly. Even though the kitchen was closed by then, they fed us well. The AM staff was also very helpful with hiking directions. The rooms were well appointed - have never had a hutte with pillows! And the shower was private, good sized, with a great shower head, and abundant warm water.

Andy, was as inviting as we came after dawn (long,...heavy walk and an injury). He greeted us cordially and quickly brought refreshing beers. Although the kitchen was closed at the time, they fed us well. The AM staff was also very helpful in hiking trails. The rooms were well furnished never had a cabin with pillows! And the shower was private, well dimensioned, with a large shower head and plenty of warm water.
We hiked the mountain range of Lenggries, met all the important peaks between the city and Tutzinger Hutte; Arrival here was very pleasant after this experience. The food here is delicious, the beds are not so expensive, and they have a nice selection of... beer. There is also a room to hang your equipment after washing or just let the sweat dry out. Even if you are a member of the German Alpine Association, the beds are half the costs. I definitely recommend spending a night here during your hiking!
We hiked the ridge line from Lenggries, hitting all of the major peaks between the town and Tutzinger Hutte; arriving here was very pleasant after that experience. The food here is tasty, the beds are not so expensive, and they have a nice selection of beer. There is also a room to hang your gear after washing it or just to let the sweat dry out.Also, if you are a member of the German Alpine Association the beds are half the cost.I definitely recommend spending a night here during your hiking!
