On a rainy May 8 holiday (Victory in Europe 1945) this place was packed with people enjoying excellent coffee, lovely cakes, and in many cases a glass of wine, with lots of friendly conversation. An (English) woman had already taken our coffee order before I...could make my way to the display case to check out the selection of patisseries and chocolates. Service was efficient, and they do a menu du jour for Euro14.50. They also have a fun range of local mementos. From our experience this place is a hive of local meet-ups, and welcomes tourists well. It is a gem which deserves its popularity.
Very nice coffee/ pastry shop, lots of parking in front of it. I had the lemon cake and my husband got the Mille Feuille، both where delicious. Be advised that they sell the whole cake not just a peice, it was the reason that I...didn’t get to try the chocolate cake (it looked delicious) but I am a tourist and I have no where to tale the rest if it, specially that I had the lemon cake to take with me. Inside there is a small shop for candels and tea towls, very cure indeed. Highly recommended if you are nearby
we have spent 2 weeks in bluffy making a home replacement and tweedle tea found the perfect way to start our day. two grand cream and a skorn gave us a window on the world of a small French town filled with warm greetings. from locals to their daily journey to food business. the tiny biscuits with each coffee and delicious and wild expensive. the staff was gracious and friendly when I tried to order the food in French.
We just stopped by to have macaroons as a treat for our children while we waited for dinner places to open. The woman refused to let us sit down to enjoy the air conditioning during a heat wave with the excuse that they were closing...in 40 minutes. Very disappointing and put us in the dangerous position of waiting outside with babies.
one of my favorite places around the annecy lake. a great place to eat lunch or just stop for a coffee and a scoon or yourself to buy a tasty bite! very good value for money always great service and super ambiente. the terrace is fantastic. they are never disappointed. really worth a stop when they drive through Menthon-Saint-Bernard!
love this place, from the wonderful host and team, always smiling and welcoming, to the amazing coffee, world beat scones, house made jams, beautiful cakes that lure a, easy to sit and try each of them. an absolute must, but be warned if you come here if you would come back every day (we sometimes have it twice a day). Thank you!
With 2 very friendly ladies running things, one of whom is English, this quirky spot is great for a quick coffee or of course tea. They do lovely cakes and ice-creams and I think they also do snacks at lunchtime. Parking opposite or round the...corner make it easy to get to
