Twelve Bells Beefeater And Premier Inn

Twelve Bells has become our go to restaurant for NY Eve with out friends as it is what it is they serve relatively good food at a reasonable price and this visit was no exception. Our server was fantastic (older lady, didn 't catch her name) she was attentive withour being over bearing, drinks choices were ok. That being said, my biggest gripes on this occasion was the food. Medium rare Ribeye, came out a shade rarer than expected. The rump on the mixed grill was TINY, and a side of Garlic herb pan fried King Prawns amounted to two prawns. We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant thanks to the excellent service provided by Jeannette. The fillet steak was delicious, the prawn cocktail was a delight, and the desserts were sumptuous. We will definitely be returning, hopefully when Jeannette is working again. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at this Beefeater restaurant. Jo provided exceptional and friendly service, the food was delicious and served quickly. I always feel very welcome when dining here. The atmosphere is friendly and cosy.

Jeanette was incredible! So helpful, friendly and attentive. Food was great quality and served quickly, and we were offered drunk refills at the perfect time 10/10

Excellent meal very quick service Jeanette was very happy and bubbly took care and time out to chat nice atmosphere we have signed up and will be back soon
