I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend for dinner and had a really pleasant experience. Firstly, we called about 45 minutes before coming into the restaurant to ask for a table and the staff were really accommodating despite the short notice. When we arrived the reception staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurant staff made us feel very welcome. The food and drinks were lovely (we ordered starters, mains and wine), and we did not have to wait long for them at all. However, it was our waiter, Ariana, who made our experience so enjoyable. We made a reservation for dinner at 5:30 before the Robbie Williams concert while staying at the Holiday Inn Express. We initially tried to book online but received no response, so we had to call to make a reservation. Our waiter was efficient and polite, but it took an hour for our mains to arrive after ordering. The kitchen was busy, despite there being empty tables in the restaurant. I was offered a gluten-free vegetable risotto that was not on the menu, but it only consisted of a few cubes of butternut squash. What a fantastic experience. This was a Saturday night meal out with friends using the Tastecard. From beginning to end the night was impeccable. Our Italian waitress was great fun and very friendly and helpful. Not to mention full of amusing anecdotes. The food was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. What could normally have been quite an expensive meal became marvellous value through use of the Tastecard. There was absolutely nothing to moan about which was great. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting London or to anyone who lives in and around London. Try for yourselves. You will not be sorry.

Living locally, we stumbled across Twenty Twelve as a recommended restaurant for the elite yet fairly priced food, and we weren't disappointed! The service by Mizan is warm, personal and dedicated. We got free warm bread in the wait for our mains which was lovely, with herby butter. Both times the food was exquisite the whole experience felt high brow, and yet with Mizan's service, it was comfortable, friendly and relaxed. Thank you to Mizan for being so dedicated in his service, and we will definitely be regulars.

I was there only for dinner. Had terrine for starter, steak for main and cheesecake for dessert. The food was ok have no complaint. The restaurant ambient was good. The view of London was amazing. The service was very good. Thank you Federica for looking after us with attentive service. I would go back again.

A nice resturant to visit if you are staying at the hotel and don't want to travel far from your room. The staff here are really good and make sure you are happy with the service. There is an outside decking area for those warm summers evenings in the city as well.

We had afternoon tea here on the terrace. The sandwich fingers, cakes, pastries and scones were beautifully fresh and tasty. We were offered more tea than we could have drunk! We loved the pristine white tablecloth too. Very friendly staff.

I visited this restaurant about two weeks ago and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. It was one of the best meals I have had in a while. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Had a delicious sandwich at lunchtime. Really tasty bread and fillings and we both cleared out plates. Great value for money and will definitely visit again. Service was prompt and professional and polite

The rooms were fantastic and the restaurant was charming. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the friendly and lively service from Arianna, who was always cheerful and ready to help.
