Very disappointing! The catering service is poor because the staff is not therefore formed the height of the image that the establishment wants to give itself (croquery, indiscreet chatter, etc...! The waiting between the dishes is XXXL and the Lauragais menu at 32€ is an insult to the regional cuisine of Castelnaudary! The gizzard salad is tiny and made up of 90% of fried salad, the cassoulet is served hot burning in a smaller cassoleette than it seems and the meat without flavor because after 20mns wait for it to cool, we find ourselves with about 4cm of water at the bottom of the cassolette! And the few pieces of bacon to give a little taste do not change anything, not to mention the very...

Restaurant with a very good value for money. The staff is very friendly and done at best so that we don't miss anything. The map is honorable is offering a lot of choice. However small downfall in service without a staff-related problem. The service is not bad but it happened to me several times to receive the aperitif that I ordered at the same time as the dishes see even after the dishes are served. And a second thing about drinks, the consistency of doses. On 3 identical aperitives ordered 3 different days, two were identical in terms of quantity (count about 3/4 of a glass of wine to give you an idea) and the third contained only 6ml while it was the same product so imagine my surprise....

We ate with my partner and my son at the restaurant because we were in transit at the ibis budget hotel. Really a great surprise! The place is very welcoming, the dishes were delicious with a house kitchen, well served, super friendly and really convenient staff because the restaurant was full and we had a place to calm! Very disappointing. Waiting throughout the meal. Non-professional staff and impression of not being trained or very folded compared to waiting and error during service. Too bad the place is nice neat decor but it's not all...

Excellent food. Parkontre doesn't go to the urinals. It stings your eyes. And it doesn't seem to be worried. They know it and increase the damage to the shoulders.

The cassoulet is excellent. I recommend Staff is adorable. The frame is really nice. Very clean. For fans of this puts in the mood
