Twistee Treat Port Richey

The ice cream here is impeccable. Always quality product, honestly the best soft serve around. However, the man with the green streak in his hair was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. Ordered for myself and my two kids (3 cones total) there was no one else in line and he rolled his eyes and scoffed when I told him I was ordering more than one item. By the time I got to the 3rd cone he said “alright pal, how many more” in kind of a demeaning manner. Again, no one in line, simple cone orders no toppings. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but it turned me off coming to this location again

Service was super slow nor do the workers know what they’re doing. I found a hair in my ice cream an am disgusted. I’ve gone two times now and the first time was also very slow because all the workers were in the back goofing around while two were trying to take orders and cash out. Many of the teenagers have attitudes and are very unproductive causing the line to go extremely slow. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE EMBASSY AND 19 LOCATION!!!!!!???

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They messed up my order, and when I brought it to their attention, the woman simply said, "too bad," without offering to fix the mistake. They weren’t even busy; it was just my mom and me. I will not be returning to this establishment. They need to train their staff to be more courteous to customers.

Twistee Treat is mine and the kids favorite place to get ice cream! When we moved back to Florida a few years ago it was actually the very first place we visited! I had to introduce the kids to soft serve cone with the cholate magic shell. Most definitely a mess but absolutely worth it!! Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m very disappointed the staff today weren’t nice and couldn’t even show a smile lol on top of that my stomach is absolutely killing me after getting a coconut slushy I miss the kind staff and yummy ice cream :

Kassy is consistently helpful and courteous whenever we visit; she's a lovely young lady. The items are always beautifully prepared. The staff is fantastic, and the ice cream is excellent!

Not organized at all. Took forever to order and had us wait at the window for 5 mins without anyone answering. They also took forever to get people ice cream. Would not recommend.
