Coming from the service industry I definitely have higher standards but regardless this place wasn’t worth the almost 2 hours we were here. Ordered fried pickles appetizer, chicken caesar salad wrap and a burger (server asked how we wanted it cooked we said Med Rare). Almost 15 mins after we ordered we were told the restaurant was out of pickles?? After another 20 minutes we see the burger sitting in the window and the staff are collectively inspecting it (not what you want to see when you’re about to eat), we can hear the server asking about the wrap and the cooks tell her its being rolled. This was a disappointing visit. My wife had just been here 3 days before and had an amazing experience. We got there around 2:15p and it wasn’t very busy. Servers were very nice and tried…. But it took 40 min for our food to come out, 1 of 4 meals came out 10min before the rest. None of the 4 orders were accurate. None of the meals were good. Sweet potato fries overdone, Philly cheese steak with no cheese, missing lettuce tomato, missing broccoli side, Rueben made with steak onion instead of corned beef kraut. Wow!!! We're stuffed still carrying out leftovers. I love hot dogs this place took it to another level. Griiled topped with chili, cheese, sauerkraut, onions bacon. Really!!! You can't ever go wrong when you add bacon. Also ordered the philly cheesesteak sandwich. Just like the hot dog we're finishing the other half tomorrow. The staff is friendly, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely add this to our go to list.
Preface: Our waitress was great, polite, and handled the situation as well as anyone possibly could. It took 2 hours to be fully served during which period we were told multiple separate times that a certain ingredient or meal option had run out. 2 members of our party didn't get to eat because they ran out of salad and were told 1.5 hours after ordering. It was bizarre. The food we did get was pretty good.

These burgers are the things legends write about! They are soooo good! The fried pickles were delicious also. Hubby got the blueberry Bleu burger and I almost took him out just to get that burger! So yum! Five stars...highly recommend!
Food is definitely not worth the price. The staff is so unfriendly. It’s as if they are upset they have people actually in there keeping them busy. Food is mediocre and the atmosphere is a 3/10. I will never go back.
We went here because of all the favorable reviews. I’ll start by saying our server was fantastic! Sadly our food was just ‘meh’. Not bad, but not great either.
By far the best chicken cheesesteak in town, staff is always friendly and made it easy to make this our weekly go to!
