I purchased this Groupon for my boyfriend and I because it is close to where he lives. The Hilton property where the restaurant resides is beautiful and the hotel resembles a French chateau. The food was disappointing and the service was slow, otherwise it was an ok experience. I really wanted the filet mignon and all they offered for beef entrees were skirt steak and short rib. I ordered a kale Cesar salad and the leaves were difficult to eat. I ordered a shrimp appetizer for my entree because I didn’t see any entrees that peaked my interest and it was good but not great. My boyfriend ordered the skirt steak and he enjoyed it, which is why I gave 3 stars.
Birthday waiter was obviously thrown in for the night There was a wedding going on and we think they used all their regulars for that. Sorry to say but he was awful and definitely did not give us the experience we were looking for. Didn’t know much about the menu I requested 2 appetizers for my dinner and to b brought out with my husbands dinner He bought both out to me not even st the time of my husbands soup order which we thought he forgot because it came out right with his dinner meal) Terrible experience for first time at this restaurant
Restaurant is in Pearl River Hilton. Had a Groupon which made it even better price and bought again to go back. We were the only table so it was very quiet. Good food and service excellent. Large portions. Lobster Mac and cheese had lots of large pieces of lobster. Skirt steak very nice flavor and big piece of meat. There is outside seating but it was rented out for the night. Beautiful outside area. Inside restaurant ambiance ok. Hidden gem.
we wanted to try out the restaurant as our daughter soon got married in the hotel. what a wonderful experience! eating was so good or better than what you could find in nyc! the waiter michael and the hostess samantha also made our culinary experience wonderful! we will definitely be regular in the future!

Pleasantly surprising. While I am not big on hotel restaurants, this one was good. Porkbelly appy was excellent. Salmon cooked to perfection. I would have liked a few more dessert choices, but was a good meal and a place I will return to.
We went to celebrate our Anniversary. Had two fantastic dinners and their specialty dessert of the week. Everything was wonderful, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. We will be back next year for our anniversary.
Was very pleasantly surprised at our dining experience. Food was very good, staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Would most definitely recommend to friends and family!
Friday night is probably not the time to go. many little Jewish children walk around and scream, celebrate shabbos. portions were small and expensive. not worth the money.
