Once we had finished our meal, it took 15 minutes for them to clear our table—only half of it, at that. When we asked for the bill, we ended up waiting another 15 minutes. Frustrated, we made our way to the bar to settle up and leave. The manager came over, saw that we hadn’t received our Prosecco, and noticed our gift certificate included it. However, he just brushed it off, insisting that everything was fine and said we could go. Our waitress appeared to be overwhelmed, managing multiple tables with little support from the more senior staff, who seemed unoccupied. The atmosphere felt cold and sterile, reminiscent of an office building, with inadequate signage for directions to the lifts, stairs, and restrooms. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and I would not return or recommend this place to others.

The restaurant was absolutely stunning, and the food was outstanding. The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would highly recommend this place for any dining occasion. We visited for a quiet, intimate dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary, just the two of us, and we will definitely be returning soon.

This is a fascinating restaurant situated in an unexpected part of Aberdeen. Its closeness to Union Square has probably made it more accessible in recent years. I enjoyed a fantastic meal with my son. The staff were friendly and attentive. I had the half lobster while my son opted for the burger. We were treated to lovely views of the harbor. It was an unexpected gem. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Aberdeen.
