We got food from here a couple weeks in a row for our Beer O Clock weekly beer wings fest. We tried the mild, BBQ, Sweet Sour, hot, Wow hot, lemon pepper, cajun flavored wings. I hear the Wow are killer! My coworkers kept feeling the burn and I did not dare try them. They were pretty hyped up so they weren't quite as hot as they expected but still killed their tastebuds. Although we have been customers of Crossroads for years this review pertains to the recent party we held to celebrate our son's college graduation. Robin and her staff were amazing. We walked into what is normally their dining room and were amazed at the transformation it was perfect! We set up a head table for my son and his friends, three rows of tables for all the guests, a sweet/gift table as well as the buffet. Our servers, Alan and Shelby, were AMAZING! They didn't skip a beat in making sure our guests always had a drink in their hands and were taken care of every minute of the event. I haven't had this level of service at high end steak houses!! I've been visiting this restaurant for several years now, and my favorite dish is the Parmesan Garlic Waffle Fries! However, over the past year, I've noticed fewer patrons in the dining areas and more people at the bar. I believe this shift is partly due to the removal of some items from the menu, leaving mostly appetizers and burgers. On the bright side, the dining areas tend to be quite peaceful! They also have a lovely patio area. I've consistently received excellent service from the staff. Crossroads has downsized their menu. It 's mostly appetizers, wings, burgers and sandwiches. Dinner entrees like ribs, broasted chicken, fish sandwich (which was excellent) and pizza have either been relegated to once a week specials (chicken and ribs) or have been cut altogether. I recently had the Wood Dale burger and as in the past it was just OK . Let me be clear, my burger wasn 't bad. It just wasn 't a great example of a pub burger. Yes, they still have great daily drink specials and their wings are very good. I totally understand discontinuing menu items that dont sell but then the remaining items should be outstanding.
Local business near me, best service typical bar food such as sandwiches and burgers, it has a picnic table type seating in the back, where they do karaoke some nights, in the summertime it is nice they have a patio in front of the restaurant, that is a good place to sit to enjoy the weather, The food is not bad the prices are a little high but all in all this is not a bad option if you're looking for somewhere to grab something to eat or have a drink to relax.
This is our favorite hangout. It's a friendly neighborhood bar with great food and awesome service! We walk in and our drinks are on the bar ready for us! All the servers are great and we love our bartenders! Val, Austin, Nina, Brendan, George, MJ, KK, Ruby, Chris... I know I'm leaving someone out without meaning to! The wings are amazing and I love the honey bbq ones. On Tuesday wings are .50 each! Trivia on Wednesday, karaoke on Thursday. Always a fun place!
The bar itself was a former haunt of mine when I lived in the area. It has both outdoor and semi-outdoor seating, contributing to its welcoming neighborhood sports bar vibe. I did notice they feature video poker games, a trend many local bars are adopting. While I'm not a fan of that, I understand it likely generates good revenue. On a positive note, Crossroads has an excellent selection on the jukebox. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and hang out.

This place is a gem. The food never fails. Today I decided to order a Chopped Chicken Salad. It came out with a generous portion. We also ordered two burger (cooked to perfection). I am always greeted here with a happy face, we chose to sit outside in the porch area to get some fresh air. We had Chulpy as a server and she was kind and attentive, also gave a few recommendations that were helpful. Overall, it was a great evening!
I came to this spot while on a work trip. This place is a hidden gem, they seriously have the best wings I 've ever had in my life!!! The waitress was super friendly and sweet. She was the friendliest waitress of any place I ate at all week. This place would get more than 5 's if I could for the great food and outstanding service.
