Typika has been my go to place for breakfast/brunch for quite some time now and with good reason. A steady line of patrons waiting to dine is testament to the fact that they have all the elements right here consistently good food, great coffee, efficient service (food comes out quickly) and a lively, nice ambience. Menu has some really interesting options if you feel like something a bit more adventurous than eggs/toast angry bird which is delicious, tea smoked salmon (so good) and mushroom leek ragu on toast. Bircher muesli and pancakes are also delicious here. Definitely worth a visit.

Had the pancakes and mushroom ragu both were amazing. My mocha was so good! Loved it! Ambience and customer service was great too. No complains, even though it was crowded food arrived quick. Will be returning for sure.

This place has the best ham and cheese croissant! As well as excellent coffee. <br/ <br/ It is very loud warehouse environment, but love how they use the space wisely.
Went with the tea smoked salmon, avocado and poached egg on toasted rye with homemade sriracha. Delicious and great balance. Coffee was good. Service was ok
Located right by Claremont Quarter, with exposed brick walls and a glassed-in coffee roastery, Typika was an easy choice for breakfast after the Anzac Day
One of my fav cafes, love their food (especially the leek baked eggs that has been removed from the menu), french toast yum! friendly staff, great coffee

Finally made it to Typika, read about it on Yelp and I love the cafes that try to be inventive with their dishes and keep on bringing out new ones.
So, the service here can be a bit hit or miss But the food is flipping fantastic.
