Finding authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the DMV area can be quite a challenge, but T-Zo consistently exceeds my expectations. I frequently stop by their restaurant for the Beef Pho, which I believe is a MUST-try. Their rice noodles are true to the style you'd find in Vietnam. During this visit, I decided to pick up some grilled pork patties to prepare Bun cha at home, and they were both tasty and easy to reheat. Naturally, I couldn't resist their amazing Vietnamese coffee and my personal favorite, the fresh lemongrass limeade. It’s always outstanding!
If you want authentic northern Vietnamese cuisine, T-zo is the perfect place for you! I had searched far and wide in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region for proper Hanoi Pho and no restaurant has ever gotten it right. The pho here tastes just like home, light and refreshing and most importantly it comes with Giấm Phở. They also offer other amazing, mouthwatering dishes like Pork Skewers (Thit Xien), Bun Cha and Egg Coffee. I pretty much only get my fix of Pho from here now on and nowhere else. The food is so great. You HAVE to try the egg coffee. There's no better coffee and the roast is adjustable (darkness). Crepe roll is to die for. The garlic vinegar in the pho is so good you have to wonder why you've never seen it before. Place is sparkling clean and ordering is easy. Michael is awesome
